TERMS OF SERVICE
Before requesting a commission, it is imperative that you read and agree to the terms listed below!-GENERAL
Artworks will be done in my style as it is shown in example artworks.
I retain the right to decline any commission request sent for any reason.-

-PAYMENTS/REFUNDS
Payment is non-refundable once paid and work on the commissioned piece has begun. However, If I am unable complete the commission, I will issue a refund and inform you of the situation ASAP!-REVISIONS
The base sketch will be sent to you for approval shortly after the commission has been confirmed and paid, please keep large modification requests (such as new pose, angle, etc) at this stage!After the artwork is complete, I am willing to do up to 3 small revisions per piece without extra cost. If you wish for more drastic changes to the piece, it may incur an extra fee. This may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.I am unwilling to completely re-do a piece from scratch should you be unsatisfied with the completed artwork.-DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Please inform me if you have a specific deadline that must be met for the completed artwork to be sent to you. A rush-order deadline (less than 2 weeks from date of payment) may incur a fee ranging from +$40-$80 depending on details, complexity, and my current workload.Delivery time is dependent on my current workload at any given time. In general, ETA typically ranges from 2-5 weeks, but could take longer depending on my workload at the time and the level of complexity. In the case of a longer-than-usual delivery time, I will offer frequent status updates.-USE
You are free to use and publish the commissioned artworks(s) for any non-profit use you would like, such as on your social media pages, use in videos, printing on merchandise for your own non-profit personal use (including as prizes or giveaways!), etc.Use of my work involving Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning technology in ANY capacity (I.E. modifying my artwork using AI/ML, usage of my artwork to train AI/ML models, etc) is STRICTLY forbidden.Use of my work involving or for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, blockchains, or cryptocurrency is STRICTLY forbidden.-ABOUT MONETIZED / COMMERCIAL USE
I am willing and interested in doing monetized and commercial (I.E for-profit) artwork, such as for merchandise, promotional artwork, album covers, game assets, etc.
